The Red skirt (part one)

DSC_0124

I don’t know if it’s just me but getting bold colored staple pieces has proved futile or rather difficult on my end especially on the thrifting arena. These includes blazers, skirts and pants rich in colors like blue, yellow, orange, red, green, purple. So wish i could get each of them in diffrent hues ♥.I have had this red skirt for quite sometime now close to seven long years, served me well don’t you think. It’s plain color allows me to play pair up with prints of diffrent colors, textures and geometry.I styled this particular look with a stripped sleevless top which blended in very well coupled with the structured grey blazer.(love the shoulder detail and the contrast created with the neckpiece)

This look minus the blazer brings out a more laid back chic look which i can transition from the office to a coffee date or just hanging out with friends after work

Thank you for stopping by muffins
