Ready in Red

“There is a shed of Red for every woman”-Audrey Hepbun

Given a choice between prints and a monochrome color,i would go for the former because i find their styling options versatile and that allows me invent diffrent looks with the same dress, enabling me to maximize my wadrobe in some way.How cool is that β™₯β™₯

Coral and Formal

It honestly took me a while before i settled on this title, even asked my gal Buyeke of ( to help me out who unfortunately could think of any..blogger struggles i tell ya’,finally did :-).This is quite a simple combination that i have worn to the office before, this skirt is probably a few of those i own in bright hues plus i love the black strip right at the waist line if you observe keenly, makes it two-toned β™₯.I Paired it up with a multicolored top and went ‘matchy matchy’ with the emerald neckpiece. This black blazer and plattform heels neutralized and formalised this look

Glad you passed by and thank you for reading..mwaaah

Hey loves, missed this space as usual β™₯

I guess you all heard it all day but not from me,happy new month πŸ™‚ and counting down to christmas like my life depended on it

This is a simple formal outfit that i had to the office a while back.If you have followed my blog closely you will notice that i like to keep it fun, fresh and colorful in my corporate ensembles.I got the graphic top that i think has lip prints here and there for a freaking dollar same to this cute blazer.(Fashion on a budget i tell ya) This shoulder puff grey number structures my whole look and sets that official business kinda mood, the one that signs off deals…you feel me *wink wink*

ION started snapping by the way, trying to really control my rate of getting hooked which is all good if i do πŸ™‚ my user name is emoraah7 please add me and i will hit right back

I live for official outfits because that is where i spend my monday to friday. It can sometimes get boring trying to figure out the perfect work outfit that is formal, stylish and effortlessly chic all at once, you know the struggle on sunday evening πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Above all that, formal wear can be intresting and fun especially if one invests in those staple pieces like the classic white shirt, pencil skirt, black blazer and an LBD which help in playing around with pieces to achieve diffrent looks. This dress is one of my fav because it is simple, stylish and can transition from day to night. This is one of my to-go when i’m too exhausted and lazy to play pair up.Love the leather detail on the pockets and arm hole, adds some fresh insight to the whole ensemble.Threw on my usual black blazer because of the sleeves and spiced things up with glossy heels

Oversized Dress Top

Hey Loves,

Happy new month.October has literally flown by and november now seems like the new december, smelling the festive season already with buildings being lit and all,Galleria mall had done that by friday πŸ™‚
Today’s outfit is a dress top in butterfly print that i bought for one dollar which is an equivalent of roughly one hundred freaking kenyan shilings, where do you get thatβ™₯β™‘β™₯.At first i had no idea how i would pair it up but the print and colors kept calling my name,i guess you all know by now that i’m big on color,so i said yes.So then how did i achieve this look, well i’m a big fun of Maureen Bandari’s blog ( and there’s one particular post she did on turning an oversized dress top to a peplum by using two slim belts. Here goes; To begin, tie the first belt around your torso, pull up all the excess fabric up and out then cinch your waist with the second belt and voila.I wore this beautiful piece with a dress, which ultimately means i could transition from work to an evening event by loosing the top, swaping into some sandal heels, statement neckpiece, lip color and i will be ready to rumble.

I love reading your comments so please leave them on the section below πŸ™‚

Mellow to the office

Hey guys,

This is a quick post of an outfit i have had to the office about twice (and counting) but not paired exactly like this, those who follow this space closely would know by now how i like to swap my outfits diffrently each time i repeat a piece, just to create that diffrent look and keep boredom at bay and as they say life is too short to wear boring clothes πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
The print and colors of the top also worn here and blazer against the white peplum skirt fearured here are just perfect for setting in the mood for a hard day’s work

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by β™₯

Color Bound

Hey loves,

It’s my pleasure to present to you this outfit that i have worn on diffrent occassions with each piece paired separately, but this time the two met.I love the various colors fused up making it easier to pair it up with a variety of neutral numbers. The chiffon fabric swished beautifully to the wind’s tune

Stay stylish and thank you for stopping by

This denim dress reminds me of my undergrad campus days where i would forego lunch occasionally, save the few coins combined with my pocket money for thrifting purposes..i know but yeah, that is how much i would give up for thrifting.Being a dayscolar made it easier because my route home was basically through our local market every freaking day (the adrenalin of finding a gem at the bottom of a heap was and still is so fulfilling, only thrifters would totally relate πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ ).I Made very close ties with the vendors and in turn earned their trust so much so that i would take items home without paying on days that i did not have cash with me,my local market celebrity i tell ya’ not to mention the huge discounts i got..awesome wasn’t it β™₯..The market is not as good as it was then
Paired this treasure with my wedge like ankle strapped print heels and got the animal fever going on with my animal print bag carried as a clutch. The butterfly neckpiece summed up my look.
Please ignore the fold lines on the dress. That’s a story for another session πŸ™‚

Hey loves,

Its exactly one year now since i decided to take the bold step of sharing my style journey with the world.I’m deeply humbled by the love you have all shown me along the way by the views, comments, likes and critics. The journey has not been smooth because i have had rough patches here when it came to data loss, network issues etc but all these are what memories and stories are built of,plus they made me stronger.I have interracted with beautiful souls across the globe who are stylish in every sense of the word, and i have drawn lots of inspiration from them too.All these have and are still building me into a better person each day.So join me all in wishing Aarom GAlerie’ a happy annivesary πŸ™‚ and birthday πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Morning loves,a new week is here..hope y’ll had a good weekend..mine was restful short though..would never get enough of it anyway..So Saturday’s weather was a bit moody in Β Rongai..had make to make it to church either way.I decided to go for this sorta sheer maxi, long sleeved dress with a Β double-tie at the right side and an inward slit which was visible when I walked. With this number I didin’t have to worry about the shifting patterns.Threw on a floral scarf for some color and my lime green clutch. My BCBG low wegdes summed up this look.

Have a fruitful week and thanks for stopping by..xoxo
